How can we make a scatter plot of two Rasters?

i have two rasters LST and NDVI. i need to fit a triangle in scatter plot the way we use best fit linear regression.

A two-way scatter plot has one variable (Y) on the vertical axis and one variable (X) on the horizontal axis. This is can be done by choosing the Insert Tab and the Charts Group and Scatter option.
