You just need a cDNA synthesis kit with a reverse trancriptase. Widely used  are the Superscript kits from ThermoFisher.

Hi Uwe, thank you for your answer. I have already the cDNA synthesized with reverse transcriptase. I need just to separate the ssDNA from the enzymatic reaction medium.
