I agreed to answer with all of use of TRI reagent but our previous experience with phenolic rich plant and oil seed show that conventional Lithium chloride method also give good significant RNA with purity of 1.75-1.83....good luck

Just change the isopropanol precipitation step at the end with LiCl.. You will get lots of RNA
