Hello,

Currently, I am working on the spectroscopy of organic-inorganic hybrid material. I am well aware of H- aggregation and J- Aggregation.

My question is when I compare the ligand with the hybrid compounds; hybrid compound absorbance shows a red shift and emission shows a blue shift for a few of my samples. I am not sure how to interpret that.

Are there any hypotheses for such a case?

I would be really grateful if you share with me your knowledge regarding that.
