In simple terms:

Negative loading = negative correlation

For example: income, education, number of cars, size of the apartment, malnutrition

it will be + , + , + , + , -

The value itself is the weight (how strong that statement is)

it would be: Income 1, education 0.8, number of cars 0.4 , size of the apartment 0.9 , malnutrition -0.98
