As of today, we know that graphene cannot be mixed with steel through melting. Upon addition of graphene, the only change of property that we can get, is the change in carbon content of the steel. Are there any other methods or process to enhance the properties of steel through graphene implementation?
I agree with Artur Braun graphene can not improve the microstructure of steel, but you can enhance the surface protection to corrosion, chemical attack, radiation, etc and other mechanical properties. if you perform a coating of graphene or graphene oxide on steel's surface.

The application of graphene to steel products is a good solution to improve the mechanical (strength, hardness, toughness) and technological properties. (wear resistance, low friction).
