How can we get the input datas for biomass,biogas for building the hybrid energy systems using HOMER?We can get the solar radiation data,wind velocities,etc for the IRES using HOMER based on the metereological data...But,how can we get the same for MHP,Biomass and Biogas plants?
Hi, if you are using HOMER pro there should have tools to put biomass data. However based on the type of biomass you are using you need to workout the required amount of that biomass to produce unit of energy. Then you choose to use a gasifier - generator and add the data in HOMER. Hopefully that would help. Thanks.
Dear majbaul, I am using HOMER older version tool...there also i had a provision to enter or feed the data for biomass and biogas...but how can we get a biomass data for a particular locality or for a particular site?Hope,u might have understood my questions...
