I used Simlab in one of my projects and I found it to be very good. SimLab is a free development framework for Sensitivity and Uncertainty Analysis. You can download it from:

Another, very recent toolbox is SAFE

I haven't worked with it yet but it looks very promising.

The toolbox I mentioned above is actually for dynamic systems and might not fit your model.
