Actually i want to know the type of interactions or how they are self assembling and how can we predict those associations by sedimentation equilibrium ?

Hi! I'll try and help. If you are planning on running Analytical Ultracentrifugation you could then use the program SEDFIT to help you analyse whether your protein is self-assembling. Does that help?
