In Iraq there have been many failures of concrete buildings in fire, because both engineers and regulators didn’t follow the principle based on point that these structures are inherently fire resistant and that high levels of fire resistance can be achieved by adopting certain member dimensions and cover to reinforcement. For that purpose, special models were manufactured to carry on experimental program, and need the way of evaluating and defect measuring.
