Hello, we have some pressure values generated from a cfx simulation but we do not have the solution files. We need to enter each value manually...How can we do this and how can we write the values in a file to import them into static structure simulation?

first you must slice where is suppose to be edge of the surface you want assert pressure on it .then convert these separated part into a unit body,now you can select your face that is made by your slice line and assert pressure on it.

In my opinion, tell us more about your model, is it 1D model or 2D model you are working or its a 3D. If its 1D model better to apply them as a beam or bar element and apply these at various points(probably something like UDL/UVL) then extract the model with SFD and BMD. If its 2D, In pressure option you can find tabular where in you can feed the abscissa and ordinate value separately the same implies even to 3D model.
