I have an material A combining with material B to form an hybrid material. Both A and B have crystalline inorganic structure. Beside the EDXS, is there any technique to find precisely the amount of each material inside the hybrid? Can we simply analyze the XRD data to calculate the ratio? If there is, what is the equation I should apply?

There are certainly many different techniques you can use to quantify your material. As you have not mentioned exactly which material you are talking about and what is the form of hybrid material. One of the most common used technique is ICP.
In this technique, basically you dissolve your system into acid (aquaregia) and these species breaks into respective ions later on these ions are measured through ICP which will give you the amount of materials or elements in your system. This information you can use further to evaluate the ratios among them.

To Dr. Dragoes: It is about comparing the intensity of the peak of each crystal. Do I need to apply some theory or equation? Could you tell me more about the quantitative analysis of XRD spectrum that you suggested?
To Mr. Mohan: it is a very good way to analyze the electrolytes. Unfortunately, both my A and B materials are very stable and inert to acid and also aqua-solution. Could you suggest other techniques?

Its depend on your materials, Generally speaking you can use powder XRD combination of Rietveld refinement method (widely used for Inorganic hybrid materials). Other options are EELS and EDS but it only gives atomic percentage of the elements in the localized area (which you are interested) by microscopy technique, then you have apply a theoretical calculation to get the ratio. AS Prof. Nita Dragoe told about available software for refinement method, I completely agree with him. There are many techniques you can apply for your sample, but depends on the material component. Try to preform ICP, XRD and XRF for your sample.

Apart from EDAX Analysis you should also look for EPMA (Electron Porbe micro- Analysis. There you can get the weight percent of single material.
where you can also have the idea of elemental density in your hybrid material.
You may want to try old good metallography. Polish your specimen, measure area of a phase of interest (under optical scope or SEM). In many cases it is the most direct and precise method.
