We have designed a bioreactor for almost all the biologically synthesized materials e.g. enzymes, antibiotics etc, since we are using many bacteria for nanoparticle synthesis. I guess we should start thinking and start working to develop a nanoparticle synthesizing bioreactor. It will be beneficial for industries too.
the reactor should be very narrow (capillary model) as the synthesized np will be very limited to fill a reactor.. u can see some patent images of already made reactors...

You can design new bioreactor for bio-synthesis of nanomaterials like the same that you are already using for biologically synthesized materials (enzymes & antibiotics). Or design a capillary model reactor, which will facilitate to separate the synthesised material better than other design.
