How can we decide a fluorophore posessing Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescence (TADF) properties can act as host or emitter in OLED ?

Literature shows both host as well as emissive fluorophores contains D-A-D type or D-A type of structure in its frame work, so how to decide whether it can be used as a host or emissive layer in OLED.
