How can we controll hydrolysis of Titanium Isopropoxide in Isopropyl alcohol ?

Hello guys,

I'm carrying out an experiment about hydrolyzing Titanium isopropoxide using isopropyl alcohol as solvent and HCl 0.1M 9 with r value is 1. But, after adding HCl 0.1M, the white precipitate was immediately formed. What should I do to control the hydrolyzing rate of reaction? Thank you for your attention.
