What are the changes takes place in FTIR spectrum of pure BSA and Trypsin enzyme upon binding to citrate capped gold nanoparticles individually?
If anybody can give me some good references, it will be very helpful.

I have copied a paragraph from a recent paper (see attached file) which demonstrates the changes in FT-IR frequencies of functional groups upon binding of gold nanoparticles to trypsin:
3) FTIR analysis:
From the below FTIR graph, an interaction is found between gold nanoparticles and Trypsin which can be confirmed by sudden shift in CH2 and NH2 , C=O and C-S bonds. The alcohol (OH) group present in amino acids of Trypsin shows peaks.

Dear Sibasish.
In my opinion, you should take first derivative of FTIR spectrum in range 1000 to 2000 cm-1 to confirm the changes of those spectra.
