If you are talking about fraction of twin boundaries on a 2D EBSD map, this can be done under HKL Tango. Just select the map composer that you need (there is a "Special Boundaries" component hidden in the component manager where you can easily detect 60° sigma 3 boundaries or other user-defined ones). After applying the component onto your map, you can access an histogram under "View" and "Legend" from which you can easily calculate the fraction of specific boundaries (right-clik and "zoom" in order to be able to export XY values of histogram).

@Julien Genée I have attached an image of the solution you offered. I knew this already but the 23.8 percentage gives me the volume fraction or line fraction. Please reply. Usually people report in literature the area fraction of twins as the volume fraction. Isn't it?
