HFSS does not show B and D field data, so there is no way to calculate permeability, and permittivity. You can only define these.
I guess, your question is related to troubleshoot the data fetched by HFSS from Maxwell? It always creates many doubts since the results sometimes are bizare, and the thing is almost not documented. Unit conversion is often incorrect, and I would also check these parameters. Maybe you could guess D in specific spot using the calc by integrating H by the contour, but I did not find how to make it using the Field Calc.
