How can we arrange the molecular markers according to their physical order, if we have marker position in basepairs only (not in cM)?

Suppose we have 20 markers of chromosome-1 of rice. We have position of markers in base pairs. If we want to arrange the markers according to their physical order then what will be the procedure? How can we do that?
