G4259 SIGMA β-Glucuronidase from Helix aspersa (garden snail) can be used to convert glucuronide to alcohol. If you use this method, you analyse the sample before and after enzymatic conversion and the change in alcohol indicates the concentration of glucuronide.
If I had to do this type of analysis I would develop an UPLC-MS (QTOF or similar MS) method to detect your intact compounds of interest. The method must be able to detect very low levels of the compounds and you would need to work on a good sample preparation procedure to selectively extract and concentrate your samples up.
Using metabolomic software (eg. MetaboLynx from Waters) you can monitor the metabolomic transformation of your compounds. Using this approach you can also monitor expected and unexpected metabolomic transformations.
