Extreme Learning Machine ELM is the new dominate training tool for trainig a single hidden layer feed-forward neural network.

Actually, ELM is one of the most machine learning techniques. It is a kind of neural network in which the first layer will be initialized randomly and the last layer weighs have been calculated by pseudo-inverse popularly.
Training ELM is very simple. At the first randomly initialized the first layer weighted, then put the training data to the ELM and find the last layer weighted by the pseudo-inverse method. Now the ELM network will be ready for the test.
