We are working with a small molecule with low solubility in aqueous solutions and it must be dissolved in DMSO before added to Tris buffer. We loaded it on a nanoparticle and now we want to follow its release to Tris buffer but we have only standard curve of its concentration in DMSO/ Tris but not Tris buffer alone. Some body suggested using TGA but it is not accessible at this time.
