In research papers, they say silver paste is applied on both sides of the pellet.
1.Whether the silver paste is applied on the entire surface ? If applied on the entire surface, how can one apply the silver paste simultaneously on both sides and undergo single heat treatment. Because in my lab, we applied silver paste on one side, and placed it on the plate horizontally and heated. Then we repeated the process for the other side. While doing for the other side, the pellet sticks to the alumina plate.Is there any way to solve this problem?
2.I attach here the images of the pellets with lead wire attached with silver paste. Is this the right way of connecting lead wire for impedance measurements. Help me in this.

Thank You sir. We measure the impedance of the material at high temperature. We are trying to design a set up for the measurement. What sort of material can be used for maintaining the pressurized contact with the pellets at 800C.? Can we use alumina plates over the lead wires for applying pressure?
You can use alumina tubes as mentioned by Junfu Bu. You can add some springs across the alumina plates to vary the pressure across the pellet during conductivity measurement.

Depends upon the measurement temperature. Stainless steel springs will work for 800C to 1000C. I hope that should be fine.
Thank you Babu Sir. The working temperature is 1000C We are trying for screw type attachment to hold the platinum mesh on either side of the pellets.
