For the creation of contrast in grain boundary in SEM, i have polished the samples, and kept the sample at 10 degree below the sintering temperature for 15 minutes. But in SEM, there was no clear definition of grainboundary. Can anybody say me what exactly to be done and what is the optimum time for etching.
