Thanks for your attention, we want obtain starting re-crystallization from stress-strain curve, but according attached file peaks are not appear  in the curves appropriate, 

A dilatometric test is far more efficient for this matter. Anyhow, I suggest you try it in different temperatures and compare the curves.

Curves strain-stress obtained by cold plastic deformation are shifted towards higher values of the resulting curves in hot deformation. Correcting them is associated with a series of attempts at different temperatures of research material and recording feature. The data obtained from the experience of renowned in this field scientists and companies working in the field. Correction curves without sufficient experimental data for research material is unacceptable. This is due to the nature of the deformation and alteration. Many factors change was an amendment of the curve strain-stress. One of the most important factors are the temperature, rate of deformation, the pattern of the load, the friction coefficient and not least the type of material. With increasing temperature preplazvanet in the crystal lattice are replaced and hence the shape of the material. The power of deformation dramatically reduced. Friction with increasing temperature seeks to increase due to the change of thermal resistance. The rate of deformation has a significant impact on the curves. With increasing speed generates heat that changes the character of the local formoizmenenie and subsequent impact on the deformation curve.

What material is this? I don't know how dilatometry is going to help you determine recrystallization, this usually requires EBSD or high resolution microscopy. Look at paper Popova, E., et al. "Coupled crystal plasticity–probabilistic cellular automata approach to model dynamic recrystallization in magnesium alloys." International Journal of Plasticity 66 (2015): 85-102. Here they have modelled the onset of recrystallization as a critical dislocation density which can be roughly approximated by the stress-strain curve as proportional to the square of the local stress. A major characteristic of recrystallization is a decrease in flow stress after some initial hardening, followed by a saturated (nearly perfectly plastic) stress behavior (can be less than yield) at high strain. Since the mechanism of recrystallization is a dependent, strain-rate will have a large effect on your onset of dynamic recrystallization.

In my opinion, as you speak of recrystallization,you should pay attention to the density of dislocations, which decreases by recovery and recrystallization. This is done easiest by taking the micro-sttress, micro-strain and crystallite size from X-ray diffraction data. Correlations work fine if you keep in mind that engineering definitions of grain, stress and strain are different from those in X Ray diffraction.

In high temperature work dynamic recrystallization occurs, where an equilibrium is possible between recovery and dislocation generation.
