Usually when we preparation NPs from metals (Tio2, Ag) by laser ablation in Liquid, the concentration of NPS in liquid is unknown, my Question how can measuring this concentration for NPS in the same solution without evaporate this solution
Visualization in solution using the Nanosight, an ultramicroscope, is a good method. It is sold by Malvern Instruments. You can directly count the NPs and measure their size at the same time.
Light scattering + microscope is a good way, but it requires expensive and difficult equipment. You can use the optical spectra too. For many nanoparticles’ sols their extinction coefficients have been measured and even standardized. Plasmonic particles were studied quite well; for instance, see tables in supporting information for nanogold.
