I'm trying to see differences of pH on tissue but I can't find a suitable and effective method. Has anyone tried and succeed? Do you have protocols and methods for that? Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Vincent
Staining of tissue may be a god option. Normal stains like Harris Hematoxylin or you can use FESEM for studying micro structural morphology.
Thank you but I think that it's not sensitive enough to visualize Ph gradient on tissue.
Vincent,
Je te conseille de contacter les spécialistes locaux en histologie: Philippe Delvenne ou Pascale Quatresooz.
Bien à toi,
A Gothot
Hi Vincent,
I suggest you try 31P-magnetic resonance spectroscopy which I've never tried.
Did you see following paper? Why don't you ask them.
Gerweck LE1, Vijayappa S, Kozin S.. Tumor pH controls the in vivo efficacy of weak acid and base chemotherapeutics. Mol Cancer Ther 5(5):1275-9, 2006.
All the best.
