How can I use proteasome inhibitor mg132 in live mice?

I am trying to view ubiquitination in mouse tissue by western blot. For that I want to inhibit the proteasome in the mouse so it wouldn't be degraded. Is it possible to inject a certain amount of mg132 to inhibit as much of the proteasome function as possible to identify ub?
