Hope that you are well. I want to know how can I test Kendall's coefficient of concordance through SPSS or Stata? At the same time to identify and rank factors with this test, how can I collect data?

For SPSS, see the link below. For Stata, you could use package snp2_1 from http://www.stata-journal.com/software/sj5-2. Here is the command to install it:
net install snp2_1.pkg
The following is an excerpt from the help for -friedman-.
For Kendall's coefficient, the variables are the rankers or judges or tests, while
the observations are the things being judged or ranked. For example, one common
use is to compare the rankings of students on each of several tests. The following
data are taken from Gibbons (1985, pp.326-327):

If you enter this as three variables, say test1 test2 test3, then you can just type
in
. friedman test?
and all is fine. If you enter the data as 8 variables, one per student, then you
will need to transpose your data using the xpose command before you can use
friedman.
The results from the above data are:
Friedman = 2.8889
Kendall = 0.1376
P-value = 0.8951
Kendall's coefficient of concordance ranges from 0 to 1, with 0 meaning no
agreement across raters (judges). The null hypothesis (Friedman) is that the
treatments are equal; the null hypothesis (Kendall) is that there is no agreement
between rankings or test results.
The P-value is an approximation, although it appears to be pretty good as long as
there are at least 8 cases and 3 variables.
The above data set is included in an ancillary file gibbons2.dta as 8 variables.
Gibbons' example Friedman data set from p. 325 of her book is also included as
gibbons1.dta. That also needs to be transposed before testing.
