I am performing a dice roll test trying to check if the dice rolls are random. I have recorded 200 dice rolls results in SPSS. What is the best statistical procedure-distribution to test the hypothesis that the dice produces random results between 1 to 6?

"random" means you can't predict the outcome of a roll.
What you can do is to test the data under the hypothesis that the frequency distribution was obtained from a particular (multinomial) distribution model (e.g. from the uniform distribution). This test is called the Chi-squared test. SPSS should have that possibility. You can also do it in Excel and there are even online-tools, eg. http://www.quantpsy.org/chisq/chisq.htm.
