Many sequences are add on packages with the vendor, require specific software versions, hardware, etc. My suspicion is you probably have a high enough software version if you are on a Prisma (I think D-11 or above). I cannot tell you what licenses you may or may not have, but if I understand you correctly that you do not see it on your system, you may not actually have a license. What I would suggest is reach out to your Siemens applications team or your representative to ask them whether you have this license and how to locate it on your system.
