What about cyanoacrylate based adhesives? They are a family of strong and fast-acting glues. Just be sure, that you have to work very careful and remove accurately coating material from connecting parts, otherwise the oxide coating particles obstruct the process.

Thanks, do you mean to etch the ITO from PET?

Thanks, I was trying to find a method doesn't involve etching. I have came across with ethylene vinyl acetate which was used to seal ITO coated glass. Does anyone have experience to use it as adhesive to glue ITO/PETS?
