I have EEG DATA recorded for four different types of movement stimuli: left, right, down and up. The session is ~ 8 mins long. the eeg data is 32 channels*122235 samples. each trigger code for the stimuli occurs at every ~5.695 sec. How can i perform segmentation?
my approach was to create a vector and import the particular number of samples from eeg data? is this appraoch right?

I think the approach is good, but, do you know your recording device's sampling frequency ? With this you can understand how many samples per second you have and prepare your segmentation.

The recording device's sampling rate is 256 samples per sec. by this it could mean an average of ~1405 samples in each segment. But i need to advance and delay the segment by 300ms and 500 ms respectively. Hence i got stuck on this problem..
