in my model I draw a box with dimension (1mm*0.2*mm8.48e-6mm). Before adding this box in my model , the simulation worked well, but now it has an error and stop simulation.
I would appreciate it if anyone can help me in this regard.

Dear Najme Mohammadyahya You need to increase your minimal size by more than 0.001 мм. I had the same problem in my simulation before.
You have drawn a sheet 8.48 nanometres thick, 100,000 times as long and 20,000 times as wide. Most codes would have trouble with this. You probably don't need to model it as a solid. Most codes have a sheet model that you could use instead.
If it is a significant number of wavelength thick, so that you need to model the thickness, then it is much, much too wide and long to model. If it is only a minute fraction of a wavelength thick, then it can be modelled as a 2D sheet.
It is a very rare error. I guess, you should try changing Auto/"TAU" in the initial mesh settings to "Classic", and manually define pre-meshing step and limits for every relevant object, making transition to outer objects as smooth as possible.
I agree with @Malcolm, since HFSS supports multi-domain and "mesh fusion" (version 2021), you can separate the sheet into parts and play with these features, so it could fit the problem into the available numerical precision limit by parts.
