I'm assuming that you want to deliver via oral gavage. I know nothing about your compound but if it is poorly water soluble, you can either buy a rodent capsule system (I've never done this but have been looking into it) or you can sieve the AM095 to normalize the particle size and create a suspension using .5-1% methyl cellulose solution. If you do the suspension, just be sure to vortex well prior to gavaging and be sure that it is homogeneous. Otherwise, your dosage will be off. I've done suspensions for a few of my preclinical pk studies available on my RG page. Good luck.

In case you find powerful solvent to the insoluble compound,
I am afraid that the solvent may also dissolve (damage) the GI mucosa.
Advisable way would be emulsifying the compound as Dr Smith advise.
My recipe was:
Weigh the chemical compound,
add a half the final vol of saline,
homogenize the suspension thoroughly (this is very important) using appropriate tissue homogenizer,
add equal vol (=1/2 vol) of 2% Na-carboxymethyl cellulose solution. Then briely homogenize it once more.
(if not viscous, may be Voltexed)
This emulsion does not allow the compound to precipitate.
(if needed, adjust the CM-cellulose concentration)
Na-CM-cellulose is highly hydrophilic polymer, inert to biomembrane and non-toxic (usually commercial ice cream includes it as a food additive).
