I am having this error message: "Tosca Configuration Error: The Tosca installation was either not specified or incorrectly specified. Please refer to the Tosca Installation Guide on how to set up Tosca."

Please, do you have any idea on how to go about this?

If you use of the old version of ABAQUS, you should install Tosca software for topology or other optimization process. Tosca optimization suite consists of two products: Tosca Structure is for optimized structural designs, and Tosca Fluid provides optimized fluid flow design concepts.

Samuel Ayinde @ Shape optimization with abaqus is very comman by using tosca. Tosca helps to improve existing design/shape for more reliable and durable components based on stress reduction through shape optimization. It also used for topology optimization for additive manufactured product.
