Hello everybody . now, I am using HPLC with 87H3 column, temperature 70c to analyze my sugar. my problem is the peak of xylose and mannose is the same and I cant detect my solution contains Xylose or Mannose. would you please help me if I should change the column or somtingelse.

So I think is better to be sure that the column is suitable to resolve the sugars that you are interested before performing the analysis.
