I used two centrifuges: Ultracentrifuge in which I used applied about 60,000 rpm for 30 min at 4 °C and the other centrifuge was another controlled temperature centrifuge (Mikro 220R centrifuge (Hettich centrifuges, Germany)) at 14,000 × g for 30 min at 4 °C.

13,000rpm for 90 minutes in bench centrifuge, we tried different speeds and time and did a steward assay just to make sure that we have accurate separation. I would suggest you do the same as different liposome sizes take different time and speed to separate accurately.
