How Can I seize the growth of cotton callus at head formation stage?

Hello I am working on cotton callus. I us 3 different media for induction of somatic embryo-genesis of cotton CP3 (for growth), Hormone free MS (for maturation) and SEIM (for differentiation). Now I want to seize the growth of callus at these stages as due to lockdown situation its impossible to work.
