Change the default "Standard" to the "Field calculator" and do whatever you want.

Here even you can write your own mathematical equation or vectors/Scalars to plot.

You can see and check values of all components. Select the field calculator or set the parameters before run, what actually you want to see. You can also write your equations of fields and plot it.

Select the surface (2D) or object (3D), right click on it, select field plot (E or H), then choose vector /magnitude. After performing all these tasks, one new window will come. On the left side, change the frequency type o 'sweep' . Then in the frequency place, please write the frequency ad just click on. It will plot the fields/amplitude as per your selection on the surface (2D) or object (3D).
