I've been prospecting streptomyces which promote growth on plants and act as biocontrol in some phytopathogens.
We know that phenazines are compounds of interest when we talk about antibiosis, however to analyze these compounds, in special PCA (phenazine-1-carboxilic acid) and 1-hydroxiphenazine, utilizing HPLC we didn't find any of these purified in laboratory supliers.
Please, let me know about any information, where to buy or obtain these compounds to analyze in HPLC.
