I have a program that write with parallel programming in mathematica software on one CPU, this program run good & excellent . If I have several computers(CPUs) that are network together, how to run this program in this case? I want my run time for this program in new conditions, divides to number of CPUs, is this possible?

It depends on the programming environment and the operating system. If you want to use several computers in a network you can use MPI. On a single computer you can use OpenMP (a good tutorial here: http://bisqwit.iki.fi/story/howto/openmp/ ).
There are also other tools like the one here: http://mpc.hpcframework.paratools.com/ that allows you to run parallel programs on clusters of multiprocessor/multicore NUMA nodes.

On Windows there's the API function SetThreadAffinityMask.
With it you can restrict the execution of a thread to
one or more CPU cores. Related is SetProcessAffinityMask.
You can also restrict a process using the Task Manager
(right click on a process).

You can't depend on Mathematica to be fast! Prove your concept in Wolfran's environment and move on to a real programming language. There you have more control over your computational resources.

If you want to run your Mathematica program in parallel across multiple networked computers, you'll need to get gridMathematica from Wolfram:

I also suggest you to use MPI and OpenMP together. with MPICH(one of popular implementation of MPI ) you can write a program to run on several CPUs. OpenMP help you to run the program on several cure of CPU on single computer.
In my previous life I used PVM (parallel virtual machine) and that worked marvelously well. I understand that this is not the newest method and that MPI is probably taking over.
If the CPU's are on the same node, you can use OpenMP or PThreads. If they are on different nodes, use MPI in combination with PThreads.
If you want to run on a set of nodes connected by a network, the common approach is to use MPI. Note that MPI is not a language - it is a library of communication routines. You write the program in something like C. I think there is an interface for Python as well. There is also an MPI interface for Fortran, although MPI is not really necessary for Fortran any more since Fortran in natively parallel now, and the native, syntax-based mechanisms for referencing data on remote nodes is a lot easier to use then MPI.
I aminterested to know more about running JAVA code on multiple nodes. Does one need to write the Java code specially for this purpose or is it a question of making more resources available to the code? I am using ImageJ under Java to do image processing. My machine today contains one dual core processor and the two cores run really in parallel (sometimes in counter phase ;-{ ).
