Since the CVD growth results in the formation of monolayer hBN on both sides of the Copper foil, what is the best method to remove hBN from one side without damaging the other side? O2 plasma/H2 plasma do remove the hBN from the back side but also brings in considerable damage to the front side. Coating with PMMA and then using sand paper to scratch the hBN is not a very good option either. Any other ideas? I want to maintain the quality of the front side hBN.
