There are some inclusion in ccm, my aim is to minimize the inclusion. So please tell me how can I minimize the inclusion using cfd or byany other means? I cannot change the size of tundish.

This is a hard question. In principle, pores are inevitable in the casting process. To my knowledge, it is to date more of a trial and error method to reduce the number and size of pores. The casting process is carried out over and over again and then the casting paramter are optimized. If you cannot change the tundish you may need to change the topology of the component part you are manufacturing.
The main question is however, are the pores really critical from an structural point of view? Is the lieftime of the part reduced? You could do a stress analysis and check where critical parts of the model are and the execute CT (computed tomography) scans to determine the morphology of the pores and the number and size of them.

Yes, using CFD you can analysis the fluid flow which can improve inclusion floatation to the surface. It has to be assumed that on the top surface you have good slag which can trap this inclusions

There is some works about this topic in the literature. The CFD technique allow to determine the transport path of non-metallic inclusions in the liquid steel flow within the tundish. Regarding the inclusion removal, it is important to ensure an upward flow of steel in the tundish in order to guarantee that the inclusions will be removed by slag. The slags must have certain properties that make the removal of inclusions effective, which includes the evaluation of its chemical composition, viscosity, liquid fraction and other related parameters.
