How can I reconstitute the extract to get the appropriate doses for mice weighing 20 to 28g?

I am assessing the acute toxicity of a plant extract on mice using Lork 1983 method (10, 100, 1000ml). I have my aqueous extract already (1.205mg/ml).

in PBS Buffer generally if intraperitonially or orally used. "ml" is not a good option, rather to use "ug" amounts as final doses for accuracy and calculations clarity etc. Thanks.
