Hello,
I want to extract the cycles and the fluorescence signal from the file attached. Is an eds file.
Inside it contains multicomponent_data.txt, inside that file, it is all the information I need.
The multicomponent_data has several columns on each record, thus I do now know what are columns that I need.

Dear Qamar, yes those are helpful, but if you try to run on the file that is attached they do not work.
