I want to simulate the outside environment of sunlight, inside a room. For this purpose, two parameters i.e. light and heat has to be matched. With the Light intensity in LUX in sunlight I am able to choose a range of the bulb. But I also want that the same bulb should be able to generate similar heat that can raise the temperature of an object nearby to a level that is near to the temperature that it will reach if kept outside in the sunlight.
Therefore, for choosing a bulb two parameters are required for me:
1. Light emission in Lumens or Light intensity in Lux.
2. A parameter that measures the heating effect of the bulb. What can be this parameter?
What you want is a source of visible and IR light (heat radiation). There are solar simulators out there with various price tags and with varying degrees of solar radiation "likeness". Solar panels are for instance tested with these simulators. The most prominent parameter to look for is the irradiance [W/m^2].
One of my colleagues, last week, simply put the bulb (up to its socket) into 1 liter of water and measured the temperature increase after 5 minutes. He calculated the heat according to the well-known formula dQ = c m dT. Based on the electrical input, he could calculate the energy efficiency of the light bulb. This is a simple experiment, but maybe it inspires you to find a parameter for the heating effect.

About the generated heat, you need to consider doesn't have emissions in the IR spectrum, for example, LEDs. It generates heat, but it isn't irradiated. Here explains how to estimate the generated heat and its luminous flux.
