I want to setup a small computing rack cluster. Lets say of 96 cores. There may be internal liquid or other ventilation based cooling system preinstalled in the CPUs. However, ultimately the heat is going to be dissipated in the ambient room. Does it require to cool down such room 24x7. What extent of cooling is required, I mean only air circulation or air conditioning as well.
