May i help me to provide standard curve of NH4Cl? i want assay urease activity and first i should provide standard curve of NH4Cl. so i tried to draw it by Berthelot and Weatherburn method ( Phenol-hypochlorite reagents), but i thing something wrong in my work because in high concentration of NH4Cl , absorbance became lower???!!!

Please find standard curve of NH4Cl obtained using Sigma Aldrich kit and Berthelot and Weatherburn method ( Phenol-hypochlorite reagents) in attachment. It is normalized abs data, taking into account dilution factor. I have other standard curve of NH4Cl in different pH and buffer if you need.
