Dear community, we are looking at low cost technical solutions to provide a adequate cooling chain for fish/shrimp in a tropical and underdeveloped region.

Fresh fish coming from small scale fisheries and aquaculture production is often found to suffer from a high loss of quality and value at post-harvest stage.

Main problem during the catching, storing and marketing is inadequate cooling chain.

We are trying to develop low cost and low input solutions to provide adequate cooling chains for small scale fishermen and fish farmers. Any suggestions/experiences (e.g. solar powered...)?
